Total provides motor claim and accident management services to insurance brokers either as a total outsource of the claims function, or as individual services to enhance an in house claims team. Level of service can be adapted dependant on the insurance arrangements of individual clients. This ranges from insurer advice and repair progress monitoring for clients who are comprehensively insured, to full engineering and repair authorisation for clients with large excesses or self insurance.
In the case of non-fault incidents Total can provide a funded replacement vehicle. For fault incidents, access is provided to preferential daily hire rates, assisting in controlling the costs of such accidents.
Access to preferential rates on additional services such as daily rental and glass replacement, providing clients with best value.
