Penny joined Total Accident Management in August 2006 initially on a consultation basis, becoming Sales and Marketing Director in 2007 and then appointed to Managing Director at the beginning of 2009. Penny has extensive experience and knowledge of the fleet industry, she has previously held senior sales and marketing roles within the automotive and fleet industries.

David has recently joined Total Accident Management, into the new Operations Director role, created due to our growth and the importance placed on the Operational area of the business. David has strong operational management and co-ordination experience. His previous experience includes Head of Retail operations within an Asset Management company and has also worked as a Business Change Manager within the Financial Services industry.
